of Extraordinary General Meeting
Thursday 26th February, 2009
At our Extraordinary General Meeting held on 26th February
2009, members decided to dissolve Lancaster District Council
for Voluntary Service (registered charity number 502265) on
1st April 2009 and transfer all its assets and liabilities
to the new Charitable Company, known as Lancaster District
Community and Voluntary Solutions (charity number 1127626,
company number 6743623). This website will be updated over
the coming months to reflect this position.
