This conference is for Managers and Trustees who are thinking about the future of their organisation and the effects of the economic downturn. The evening will enable you to:

Alan Lawrie has written numerous publications for the Directory of Social Change including, “Surviving Contracts” and “Business and Strategic Planning”.
Jean Laurie has a broad range of experience including economic regeneration, the arts, transport and working for a variety of government departments including most recently, the Homes & Communities Agency.Neville Brownlee is a Senior Manager, and Tracy Harking is a Senior Researcher with the Charity Commission.
